The PersistAllDeviceInstalls setting indicates whether all Plug and Play devices on the destination computer remain installed during the generalize configuration pass.
Use this setting to save time when you plan to capture and apply an image to the destination computer that has the same set of hardware as the reference computer. This setting specifies that Plug and Play information remain on the computer during the generalize configuration pass. This eliminates the need to reinstall the information during the specialize configuration pass.
