ServiceStart specifies when the offline-files service starts.

Values

2	Specifies that the service will start automatically during startup, regardless of service type.
4	Specifies the service is disabled.

The default value for this setting is 4.

The suggested value of 2 is used for this setting when the component is added to an answer file.
