IP Helper (Compact 2013)

The IP Helper API enables the retrieval and modification of network configuration settings for the local device. IP Helper assists network administration of the local device by enabling applications to retrieve information about the network configuration of the local device, and to modify that configuration. IP Helper also provides notification mechanisms to make sure that an application is notified when certain aspects of the local device network configuration change.
