This function closes an Internet Control Message Protocol (ICMP) handle opened by IcmpCreateFile.
Syntax

Parameters
- IcmpHandle
[in] ICMP handle opened by IcmpCreateFile.
Return Value
TRUE indicates success. FALSE indicates failure.
