DNS Structures (Compact 2013)

Windows Embedded Compact 2013 supports the Unicode-based subset of DNS programming elements. For more information on all DNS structures, see Domain Name System (DNS).
DNS structures which are not supported in Compact 2013 include: DNS_PROXY_INFORMATION, DNS_DHCID_DATA, DNS_NAPTR_DATA and the structures that are unique to Windows 7.
This topic describes the Compact 2013 DNS structures which are implemented differently than the corresponding DNS structures in Windows.
