IOCTL_HAL_ILTIMING (Compact 2013)

This I/O control message is used by Iltiming.exe when it calls the KernelIoControl function with the ILTIMING_MESSAGE structure. Send this message with KernelIoControl.

    DWORD dwIoControlCode,    // use IOCTL_HAL_ILTIMING
    LPVOID lpInBuffer,        // pointer to input buffer
    DWORD nInBufferSize,      // input buffer size
    LPVOID lpOutBuffer,       // pointer to output buffer
    DWORD nOutBufferSize,     // output buffer size
    LPDWORD lpBytesReturned  // number of bytes returned
);

Parameters

• dwIoControlCode
  [in] Control code for the operation. Use IOCTL_HAL_ILTIMING for this operation.

• lpInBuffer
  Pointer to a buffer containing the ILTIMING_MESSAGE structure.

• nInBufferSize
  [in] Set to the size of the ILTIMING_MESSAGE structure.

• lpOutBuffer
  Not used; set to NULL.

• nOutBufferSize
  Not used; set to zero.

• lpBytesReturned
  Not used; set to NULL.

Return Values

Returns TRUE if successful; otherwise, returns FALSE.
