IStreamBufferPlayback::NotifyGraphIsConnected (Windows CE 5.0)
This method indicates to the playback graph the playback graph that it is time to finish setting up clock slaving after its internal call to IFileSourceFilter::Load that is done before connecting up the rest of the filter graph.
