This function combines a base and relative URL into a full URL.

Parameters
- pwzBaseUrl
Address of a string value containing the base URL. - pwzRelativeUrl
Address of a string value containing the relative URL. - dwCombineFlags
Unsigned long integer value that controls the combining process. - pwzResult
Address of a string variable where the full URL will be stored. - cchResult
Unsigned long integer value that contains the size of the buffer. - pcchResult
Address of an unsigned long integer value to store the size of the information stored in the buffer. - dwReserved
Reserved. Must be set to zero.
Return Values
This function returns one of the values shown in the following table.
