IDirectDrawVideoPort::GetVideoLine (Windows CE 5.0)

This method retrieves the current line of video being written to the frame buffer.

HRESULT GetVideoLine(LPDWORD lpdwLine);

Parameters

  • lpdwLine
    Address of a variable that will be filled with a value that indicates the video line currently being written to the frame buffer.

Return Values

If the method succeeds, the return value is DD_OK.

If the method fails, the return value may be one of the following error values:

DDERR_INVALIDOBJECT
DDERR_INVALIDPARAMS
DDERR_UNSUPPORTED
DDERR_VERTICALBLANKINPROGRESS
DDERR_VIDEONOTACTIVE

Remarks

The value this method retrieves reflects the true video line being written, relative to the field height, before any prescaling occurs.

OS Versions: Windows CE 2.12 and later. Version 2.12 requires DXPAK 1.0 or later.
