This function is called by the Audio Gateway (AG) service to activate a call that is on a hold status.

Return Values
If the function call succeeds, the return value is ERROR_SUCCESS. Any other value indicates a failure.
Remarks
BthAGNetworkUnholdCall is called asynchronously.
