provisioned-add-no-flow Element
The <provisioned-add-no-flow> element contains information about the number of newly provisioned connectors that were added to the connector space of this management agent. These connectors might not have export attribute flow from metaverse to connector space; the provisioning process might have set some initial values at the time of provisioning.
