ReferenceCollection class
This interface provides containers for IssueReference objects.

The ReferenceCollection class has these methods.

| AddItem | Creates an IssueReference and adds it to the ReferenceCollection. |
| Clear | Deletes all IssueReference objects from the ReferenceCollection. |
| DeleteItem | Deletes an IssueReference from the ReferenceCollection. |
| GetCount | Returns the count of IssueReference objects in the ReferenceCollection. |
| GetItem | Returns an IssueReference from the ReferenceCollection. |
Remarks
A ReferenceCollection holds data from an Activity/References element.
An IssueReference holds data from a References/IssueReference element.
