[Starting with the .NET Framework 4.5, Windows Identity Foundation (WIF) has been fully integrated into the .NET Framework. Initializes a new instance of the Saml2Evidence class with an ID that references an assertion.

The specified ID is added to the collection accessed through the AssertionIdReferences property.
