Parameters

rstr
The RequestSecurityToken object (RSTR) to be serialized in the outgoing Message.

serializer
The WSTrustRequestSerializer object to use to serialize the RSTR.

context
A Microsoft.IdentityModel.Protocols.WSTrust.WSTrustSerializationContext that contains the context for serialization.
