Lifetime Class

[Starting with the .NET Framework 4.5, Windows Identity Foundation (WIF) has been fully integrated into the .NET Framework. Remarks

This optional element is used in wst:RequestSecurityToken or wst:RequestSecurityTokenResponse messages to indicate the desired or required lifetime of a token. All times are specified in UTC time.
