Gets or sets the earliest time instant at which the assertion is valid. [Saml2Core, 2.5.1]

Property Value

A nullable DateTime that contains the time instant in UTC. A null value indicates that the attribute is not present.

Exceptions

Exception type	Condition
ArgumentException	The NotOnOrAfter property is not null and an attempt to set a value that occurs on or after the time instant specified by the NotOnOrAfter property occurs.

Remarks

The NotBefore attribute.
