Gets or sets the time instant of issue in UTC. [Saml2Core, 2.3.3]

Property Value

A DateTime that represents the time at which this assertion was issued in UTC. The default is System.DateTime.UtcNow.

Remarks

The IssueInstant attribute. This attribute is required.
