Saml2Id.Value Property
[Starting with the .NET Framework 4.5, Windows Identity Foundation (WIF) has been fully integrated into the .NET Framework. The ID string.
Remarks
The identifier should be unique per [Saml2Core, 1.3.4] and must fit the NCName xml schema definition, that is, it must begin with a letter or underscore.

Any public static (Shared in Visual Basic) members of this type are thread safe. Any instance members are not guaranteed to be thread safe.
