Saml2Assertion.EncryptingCredentials Property

[Starting with the .NET Framework 4.5, Windows Identity Foundation (WIF) has been fully integrated into the .NET Framework. Gets or sets the credentials used for encrypting the assertion. The key identifier in the encrypting credentials is used for the embedded EncryptedKey in the EncryptedData element.
