[Starting with the .NET Framework 4.5, Windows Identity Foundation (WIF) has been fully integrated into the .NET Framework. Gets or Sets a SecurityTokenSerializers that will be used to serialize and deserializer SecurtyKeyIdentifier of the <xenc:EncryptedData> element.
