KerberosSecurityTokenHandler.CanValidateToken Property

[Starting with the .NET Framework 4.5, Windows Identity Foundation (WIF) has been fully integrated into the .NET Framework. Gets the settings that indicate if the handler can validate tokens. Returns true by default.
