SecurityTokenService.EndGetOutputClaimsIdentity Method

[Starting with the .NET Framework 4.5, Windows Identity Foundation (WIF) has been fully integrated into the .NET Framework. When overridden in a derived class, completes the asynchronous call to the BeginGetOutputClaimsIdentity method.

Parameters

result
The IAsyncResult that is returned by a call to the BeginGetOutputClaimsIdentity method.

Return Value

An IClaimsIdentity that contains the collection of claims that will be placed in the issued security token.

Remarks

The default implementation of this method throws a NotImplementedException.

Any public static (Shared in Visual Basic) members of this type are thread safe. Any instance members are not guaranteed to be thread safe.
