Adds a reference to a Web Service to the project.

Parameters

• URL
  Type: System.String

  Required. URL of the web reference.

• Name
  Type: System.String

  Logical name of the reference.

Return Value

Type: System.Object
Returns a ProjectItem object that is the new Web Reference folder.
