Compares two RequestIds for value inequality.

Parameters

• left
  Type: Microsoft.VisualStudio.TestTools.Execution.RequestId

  The RequestId on the left-hand side of the inequality operator.

• right
  Type: Microsoft.VisualStudio.TestTools.Execution.RequestId

  The RequestId on the right-hand side of the inequality operator.

Return Value

Type: Boolean
true if not equal; otherwise, false.
