ProjectTargetElement.BeforeTargets Property
Gets or sets the BeforeTargets attribute value.

Property Value
Type: System.String
Returns the BeforeTargets attribute value. Returns an empty string if the attribute is not present.
Remarks
Removes the BeforeTargets attribute if set to null or an empty string.
