ProjectRootElement.CreateUsingTaskParameterElement Method
Creates a parameter for use in a UsingTask element parameter group.

Type: System.StringStores outputs from the task in the project file.

Type: System.StringA user-defined task parameter that contains the parameter value as its value.

Returns the parameter.
Remarks
Caller must add the parameter to the UsingTask parameter group of choice in the project.
