ProjectTargetElement.DependsOnTargets Property
Gets or sets the DependsOnTargets attribute value. Returns empty string if it is not present. Removes the attribute if the value to set is empty.

Remarks
Removes the DependsOnTargets attribute if the value to set is set to null or an empty string.
