Comentários
Dois números complexos são iguais se e somente se as partes reais são iguais e as partes fictícias são iguais.Caso contrário, forem desiguais.
A operação é sobrecarregada de modo que testa de comparação podem ser executados sem a conversão de dados em um formato específico.
