Como: Criar uma borda ao redor de um preenchimento de usando Windows Forms Control

O exemplo de código a seguir demonstra como criar uma borda ou contorno ao redor de um RichTextBox de controle. O exemplo define o valor de um Panel do controle Padding propriedade como 5 e define o Dock a propriedade de uma criança RichTextBox controle para Fill. O BackColor da Panel controle estiver definida como Blue, que cria uma borda azul ao redor do RichTextBox de controle.
