Zoom in or out on a timeline
You can zoom in on the timeline to see more gradations between the second marks, or zoom out to see a larger time period.
Note
Zooming in does not necessarily let you set keyframes at all the gradations that you can see between the keyframes. To be able to set keyframes at more points on the timeline, increase the snap resolution, or turn off timeline snapping.
To zoom in or out on a timeline
Select the timeline from the Storyboard picker by clicking the Open a Storyboard button under Objects and Timeline and then selecting a storyboard.
In the Timeline zoom text box at the bottom of the timeline, use one of the following methods:
Click in the Timeline zoom text box, enter a value, and then press ENTER. For example, enter a value of 50 to zoom out to show you two times as much of the timeline.
Move your pointer over the Timeline zoom text box until you see the numeric adjustment pointer, click, and then drag your pointer to scroll through the zoom values. Drag left or down to zoom out on the timeline, and drag right or up to zoom in.
