Método IStream.UnlockRegion

Essa API oferece suporte à infraestrutura do SQL Server 2012 e não se destina a ser usada diretamente no seu código.

Removes the access restriction on a range of bytes previously restricted with the LockRegion(_ULARGE_INTEGER, _ULARGE_INTEGER, UInt32) method.

  The byte offset for the beginning of the range.

• cb

  The length, in bytes, of the range to restrict.

• dwLockType
  Tipo: System.UInt32
  The access restrictions previously placed on the range.
