Creates and inserts a DimensionAttribute, with the specified name and identifier, into the collection at the specified index.

Parameters

index
The zero-based index at which the new DimensionAttribute will be inserted.

name
The name of the DimensionAttribute to be inserted.

A new, empty DimensionAttribute.
