Especifica a URL usada para conectar o Agente de Servidor do SQL Server Compact 3.5. O Agente de Servidor do SQL Server Compact 3.5 é a DLL ISAPI dos Serviços de Informações da Internet da Microsoft (IIS) que conecta o cliente SQL Server Compact 3.5 ao Banco de dados do Microsoft SQL Server.
