A interface IParametersOutProvider deve ser usada com partes que precisam passar um conjunto geral de parâmetros. Ele pode ser usado em situações onde a Web Part consumidora foi desenvolvida com a compreensão dos dados sendo enviados pelo provedor. Além disso, a parte IParametersOutProvider tem a capacidade de passar argumentos de inicialização para o consumidor.
