EnrichedToText.OutputEncoding property
The OutputEncoding property gets or sets a Encoding object that represents the encoding to use when writing HTML output.

Remarks
The OutputEncoding property is only applicable when the output data is pushed by this EnrichedToText object into a Stream object or pulled from this EnrichedToText object by using a readable ConverterStream object. It is not applicable when output data is pushed into a TextWriter object or pulled through a ConverterReader object.
If the OutputEncoding property is not set or is set to zero, the current effective input code page is used for output.
The OutputEncoding property can only be set before conversion begins.
