Remarks
The default value for the MaxDataConnectionTimeout is 20000 milliseconds (20 seconds). This setting overrides settings on data connections in individual form templates if they exceed the value for this property. This property corresponds to the Maximum data connection timeout setting on the Configure InfoPath Forms Services page of the Central Administration site.

Increasing the value of this property could adversely affect server performance and increase the chance of Denial of Service (DOS) attacks on the server.
