true if forms services renders browser-enabled form templates; false if rendering is disabled.
Remarks
The AllowUserFormBrowserRendering is true by default, and corresponds to the Render form templates that were browser-enabled by end users setting on the Configure InfoPath Forms Services page of the SharePoint Central Administration site.
