Remarks
The default value for the MaxUserActionsPerPostback is 200. This property corresponds to the Number of actions per postback setting on the Thresholds section of the Configure InfoPath Forms Services page of the Central Administration site.

Increasing the value of this property could adversely affect server performance and increase the chance of Denial of Service (DOS) attacks on the server.
