Assembly:  Microsoft.SharePoint.WorkflowActions (in Microsoft.SharePoint.WorkflowActions.dll)

Syntax

'Declaration
<ValidationOptionAttribute(ValidationOption.Required)> _
Public Property Overwrite As Boolean
    Get
    Set
'Usage
Dim instance As CreateItemActivity
Dim value As Boolean

value = instance.Overwrite

instance.Overwrite = value
[ValidationOptionAttribute(ValidationOption.Required)]
public bool Overwrite { get; set; }

Property Value

Type: System.Boolean
true if this activity overwrites an existing item; otherwise, false.

Remarks

Visual Studio 2005 Designer for Windows Workflow Foundation does not support this workflow activity. This workflow activity is designed to be used in a declarative, code-free workflow, for example, in a workflow you might create by using a rules-based, code-free workflow editor such as Microsoft Office SharePoint Designer 2007. As a result, the workflow activity might not include functionality, such as registering for workflow events, that might be used in compiled workflow assemblies that are created by using the Visual Studio 2005 Designer for Windows Workflow Foundation.
