SPFieldFreeBusy Constructor (SPFieldCollection, String, String)

Initializes a new instance of the [Microsoft.SharePoint.Applications.GroupBoard.SPFieldFacilities] class based on the specified type name, and display name. Intended use of this constructor is creation of a field that does not currently exist in the field collection.
