Returns a String.instance representing the value that specifies the name of the workflow history list to be used by a site content type workflow association.
Remarks
Its value must not be a null reference (Nothing in Visual Basic) and must not be empty if the workflow will be created with a site content type workflow template and the value of HistoryList is a null reference (Nothing in Visual Basic). Its value must be ignored for any other type of workflow template.
