Remarks
It must not be a null reference (Nothing in Visual Basic). It must not contain any of the reserved Urls. It must not contain the following illegal characters: [!#$&'+:<>?\\{|}~]|(//)|(\.\.)|(/_)|(/wpresources$)|(/wpresources/).
