This message is used to set parameters for the entire conferencing service.

A caller must be a member of the Administrator role.
The Office Live Meeting service no longer supports exception redirection in any SetConferencingServiceData message.
Only maxInactiveInterval can be changed by the administrator.
Example
This example shows how to readjust the session time-out value of a conference center, clear the Extended Registration requirement, and allow Office Communicator users to bypass a meeting lobby. Adjusting the session time-out value of a Conference Center can be a response to users complaints that browser sessions timed out too quickly.
Note that allowFastLobbyJoin should only be set to True when forceExtendedRegistration is set to False. Extended registration requires that an attendee supply an email address and company name before admittance to a meeting. For this reason, a user cannot bypass the meeting lobby when Extended Registration is enforced.
When allowFastLobbyJoin is set to False, you should not include the fastLobbyStaticUsernameStringOption Element.
