Although both Microsoft® ActiveX® Data Objects (ADO) and Collaboration Data Objects (CDO) rely on the Exchange OLE DB (ExOLEDB) provider for access to items in Microsoft Exchange Server 2007 stores, the semantic behaviors of each are different in many respects.
