Microsoft.Rtc.Sip comprises the set of elements used to develop managed applications for Microsoft Live Communications Server. This namespace includes classes that implement concepts and behaviors defined for the Session Initial Protocol (SIP), including client and server transactions, addresses, headers, and messages. Other classes implement application infrastructure components such as server agents and application manifests.
