Removing a Filter

When you apply a filter to a PREfast for Drivers Defect Log, the filter selection is stored in the registry and remains effective until you change it.

To remove a filter, select another filter or select Recommended Filters, and then click Apply. Recommended Filters appears in the Presets box when no filter is applied. It has the same effect as "no filter."

The following screen shot shows a Defect Log after a filter has been removed by selecting Recommended Filters.
