Shipping Agent Table
Defines shipping agent codes. For each shipping agent, you can enter an Internet address. The Internet address can be used to access the shipping agents package-tracking program.
After you set up a shipping agent code, you can enter it in the Shipping Agent Code field on a customer card or a ship-to address card. From there, it will be copied to orders created for the customer or to ship-to address. You can also enter the shipping agent code directly on an individual sales header before or after posting.
After a shipment has been made, you can access the shipping agent's Internet site to check the status of the shipment. From the posted shipment card, click Actions, point to Functions, and then click Track Package.
