How to: Set Up Maintenance Codes
When you post maintenance costs from a general journal or a purchase invoice, you fill in the Maintenance Code field describing what kind of maintenance has been performed. For example, routine service or repair.
To set up maintenance codes
In the Search box, enter Maintenance, and then choose the related link in Fixed Assets.
Fill in maintenance codes and descriptions.
Close the window.
