This upgrade will retain the data of each company. The <c>PayrollScaleLevel</c> field in the <c>HcmPayrollBasis</c> table is the foreign key to the <c>HcmPayrollScaleLevel</c> table. The <c>EmployeeAffiliation</c> field in the <c>HcmPayrollBasis</c> table is the foreign key to the <c>HcmEmployeeAffiliation</c> table.
