HcmPersonDetails::checkExist Method
Validates that the specified record exists in the HcmPersonDetails table; if not, an error message is displayed.

true if the specified record exists; otherwise, false.
Remarks
The Military Service end date cannot be before the start date.
The Expatriate end date cannot be before the start date.
